Shipment in Germany

We ship our domestic packages exclusively with DHL. The insured shipping takes place within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment, also deliveries to Packstations and Paketshops are possible:

From an order value of 250€: free of shipping costs

Shipment in Europe

The international shipping costs depend on the delivery area or the respective zone. All countries listed below are delivered via insured DHL Premium shipping. A detailed list can be found below:

Zone 2: Austria

Price: 8,00€

From an order value of 350€: free of shipping costs

Zone 3: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic

Price: 13,00€

Zone 4: Great Britain, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary

price: 14,00€

Zone 5: Liechtenstein, Switzerland

Price: 24,00€

Zone 6: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine Cyprus

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes as well as costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. These possible additional charges are borne by the buyer. For further information or queries, please contact your local credit institution or customs office. 

Return policy:

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in perfect and undamaged original condition including hang tags and labels. Please always include the delivery bill in the package when making a return. We would like to point out at this point that we do not accept duty unpaid returns from outside the EU and they will be automatically returned to the sender. To apply for refund and receive the detailed instructions please use the email support@nebonebo.com 


We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to send them back to us carefully and considerately in case of a return. If the goods show stains or other damages during the return, we unfortunately cannot take them back and have to send them back to you.

If you live in Hamburg we can also organise the return in-person. 

 

Even with a personal return, the goods must be handed over to us in the original packaging including the delivery bill. After proper inspection, the refund will be made via the originally selected payment method.
